At StarHome Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your furniture, we offer a hassle-free return policy within a specified timeframe. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and the process for returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe for Returns: You can return your furniture within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, unused condition. The furniture should not be damaged or assembled, and all original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Return Your Furniture
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@starhomefurniture.com or call us at +971503599398 to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item(s). If necessary, we will arrange for the pickup of large furniture items at no additional cost.
- Return Shipping: For items that need to be shipped back, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
- Once your returned furniture is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance and final sale items
- Assembled furniture
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive damaged or defective furniture, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
