Returns

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted.

In case you are dissatisfied with the product you can cancel your order for any product at any time prior to its delivery/installation.

You can also return at the same time of delivery/installation (till the team is on site), no question asked.

After delivery you have 7 days to return the item except the hygiene, customized or installed products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE that we will not accept any returns without the original packaging.

We will arrange the collection of the item(s) from your location within 3 to 5 working days.
After receiving the item(s) in our warehouse, they will be assessed. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 5 working days of the returned item(s) being evaluated and found eligible.

Damage caused due to misuse / accident / negligence/ DIY incorrectly installed /wrongly cleaned / natural causes will not be considered as manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message on WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement or Exchange:

We only have a 14-days replacement or exchange policy, unfortunately, we can’t offer you this if you pass the date. You may send us proof of damage or manufacturing defect thru an email to sales@starhomefurniture.com or thru Whatsapp on +971 55 418 5675, +971 52 631 1745.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

How long will it take for me to receive refund?

Our refund process takes 4 to 8 working days from the day we receive the item back in the warehouse. We do not offer Cash refunds. In case of orders paid in cash, you may submit a copy of your Emirates ID and we’ll issue a cheque refund and deliver it to your doorstep.

My order value qualified me for free shipping but I wish to return part of the order. Will shipping charges be deducted?

Yes, we will deduct shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges from the refund amount.

I paid for my order online using my credit/debit card. If I were to make a return, how long will it take for my refund to get credited in my account?

If you paid by credit/debit card, it will take 3-5 business days for us to receive the returned product and another 2 business days to check the quality of the item and then process the refund. Your bank may take up to 7-10 business days to process the transaction.

Will my VAT be refunded when I return a product?

Yes, your VAT will be refunded too. Please be sure to include your invoice when making the return.
